#2 Icon support

Support a window icon to replace the default Java logo.
We currently do not have a good icon, but support
should be built around the basic icon(used by the
Windows executable). This request accompanies a
request titled "Better Icon" that is a search for a
nice icon to represent Pattern Sandbox.
