I've added a brief usage doc for cvs and svn.

version 1.1.6 of the Patcheditor is available for download and by webstart at the homepage. New in this version: basically svn diff support.

Preliminary support for svn diffs (at least such as those produced by TortoiseSVN :) ) is in CVS.
