#3 Integrated redirect functionality

It would enhance the possibilities of the CMS immensely
to have an integrated redirect routine.

Would enable us to use redirects to link to external
pages using a standard link format containing a link ID.

This could also enable us to keep an integrated URL
database, located in the local SQL db.

Example:

http://pc-geeks.dk?plugin=redirect&ID=123

would fetch the url from database (maybe also
information like new window? show toolbar? window size
etc.) and then open it accordingly.
