#7 News margin character counter

When making a link with the appropriate tags in a news
item in the beginning of the post, it results in an
incorrect calculation og characters in the "Last X news"
margin thingie.

It seems it counts the tag, url and link text and deducts
that from the set value for the news margin. It should
only deduct the actual number of chars shown in the
link text.

I am aware of the problem and i will look for a way to solve
the problem som time when the theme system is done

I think the link functionality should simply be ignored in the
margin, since the links look bad when they are directly below
one another. The title should still be clickable, but the links
defined in the news item should only be shown as raw text.
