#92 disappearing bookmarklet thumbnail

When you type text in the keyword blank of the bookmarklet, the table row switches from disabled to enabled, but the thumbnail disappears! I'm sure this was working fine at one time and suspect it has something to do with the ids, but can't figure it out. (Or did things change when we made that fix so that the "add keywords" text went away for good when you clicked in the box?)
