#21 bad dir name in themes

Both the themes and lang directories include a
subdirectory named "\".

When the cache dir builder runs, this "\" is included in
the $name loop, creating a javscript with "\" as the
name. When the script is loaded, this escapes the "
mark after the name, and makes a jscript error.

I resolved this by placing an if around the code to skip
if $name =="\"
