I have the same symptoms as described in ticket 462. Was there a fix for this? My problem is that although I have a backup, it is not bang up to date and I don't know which record it is that is corrupt so I can't complete either version. I'll try exporting and comparing to see if I can fix this occurrence but it does happen occasionally (version V3.38.01).
Is this issue still reproducable with the latest version?
