After I updated my Password Safe to the latest version, last Thursday (Jan 21), I noticed an entry had been added at the end. Asian characters with a red box next to it. Screen shot attached. Should I be concerned?

We're looking into this. You might want to revert to 3.37.1 until we can reproduce this and resolve it.
