PasswordSafe 3.10 released

Password Safe is a password database utility. Users can keep their passwords securely encrypted on their computers. A single Safe Combination unlocks them all.

This is a minor release - some annoying bugs have been fixed, some minor features have been added or improved upon.
Thanks to DK his work on this release, and to xenophonf for making the msi package possible.
