[Passwordsafe-users] PasswordSafe support on Windows 98?

Until now, PasswordSafe has supported Windows 98. Given that this requires some effort on our part, we're considering dropping support for Windows 98 on newer version of PasswordSafe, so that we can focus our efforts on other improvements. However, if enough people are still using this, we'll continue supporting it.

That survey should use checkboxes IMO -- for example, I use Password
Safe on Vista (at home) *and* XP (at work).

It would also help if it was not behind a login screen ;-). That 
prevented me from ticking Win2K and Win XP.

For my 2 penn'orth, a port to Linux would be very welcome. I know that
there are alternatives that claim compatibility, but the "real thing"
would inspire more confidence.

Indeed; especially a browser-pop-up login screen (HTTP basic auth)
rather than an HTML page. That made me suspicious at first whether
apps.sourceforge.net was a bona fide SF host, or simply the subdomain
belonging to one of the many projects hosted there -- in the latter
case, I obviously wouldn't want to enter my password into their page.
