As to your additional requests: The first one is under development, and
planned for a future 2.x release. The second one has a simple solution that
requires using reference code published by Microsoft. Unfortunately, they
have not given us permission to use the code in an open source project, and
no one has volunteered (yet) to implement the functionality without the
reference code. Perhaps in a future version...
