[Passwordsafe-users] Using autotype

Hi,

I am using Password safe for a considerable period now and with =
pleasure. It
works good and I trust it.
I used it without reading the instructions very well. Therefore I wasn't
using it very cleverly. I discovered today the autotype feature and =
tried it
immediately. The most login-procedures work wit hit fine. However I have =
one
account that works differently. It asks for a username, then the =
password,
followed by my birth date in 3 fields dd mm yyyy.
As you suggest in the help I created a customized string as follows =
(fictive
birthdates): /u/t/p/28/t08/t2005/t
In this case the date isn't submitted in the fields.
Is this because I don't use the feature the right way?

Can you help me with this?

Hi,

PasswordSafe 2.12 is available for download. This release fixes some =
minor
problems and adds a couple of minor features.

Thanks to DK and  Thanks to Karl Student for implementing fixes and new
features in this version, and to Sebastian Juergens for his work on the =
help
file.

Bugs fixed in 2.12:
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D
[1216983]  Tree view is now the default view for new users.
[1208955] Autotype now works with Terminal Serivices Windows and capital
letters.
[1003782,1030077] In tree view, the expanded trees are no longer =
collapsed
after minimizing/restoring.
[1179386,1237793] Ctrl-L, autotype sometimes used old data
[1004026] No more multiple highlights after doing a "Find Next"
[1214940] Cancel on password entry with system tray no longer clears
entries, allowing potential overwrite of database.
[1217271,1258982] Specifiying -r with a filename in command line now =
works
correctly.

New Features for 2.12:
