[Passwordsafe-users] maintenance release 1.9.2b available for download

Hi,

This release fixes a minor, but annoying, bug: The user no longer has to
click the list of entries before he or she can type the first letter of an
entry and thus jump to it. Thanks to Gregg for fixing this.
