[Passwordsafe-users] Cannot Access database file

Hello dear colleauges,

i have just dwonload the 1.9.2 Siemens version. If i try to open an =
alreaday used database file (*.dat) which was saved before i get the =
massage that the file is open. The same occurs after restart of the =
computer. What is the use of such a programm?=20
