[Passwordsafe-announce] Announcing PasswordSafe 3.57.0 for Windows

Hi,

This is to announce the release of PasswordSafe version 3.57 for Windows.
This is a maintenance release, fixing a few minor issues, as described
below.
Thanks to Bjorne, bovirus, Cesar, KaiZin2018, pm-kan and rafaelx for their
help in this release.
Thanks also to all the users who have provided bug reports, suggestions,
and the occasional donation...


Bugs fixed in 3.57

* [SF1547](https://sourceforge.net/p/passwordsafe/bugs/1547/) No longer
crashes when incremental backup 999 reached.
* [SF896](https://sourceforge.net/p/passwordsafe/feature-requests/896/)
Added \e to ESC mapping in autotype.
* [SF1544](https://sourceforge.net/p/passwordsafe/bugs/1544/) Fixed
regression in German installer texts.
* [SF1539](https://sourceforge.net/p/passwordsafe/bugs/1539/) Workaround
touchscreen issue with Manage->Options tabs.
