There is no "make help install", just "make help".  You have to copy the 
help.zip file thus produced to the location I mentioned in my last post.

I'm not sure what you mean by "intervening in Firefox with password 
dialogs".  Please explain.  I already explained how it is supposed to 
work in my last post.
