As Dave B. has suggested in discussion , the ability to select the alternate browser ad-hoc, without editing the entry's URL field, should be displayed as disabled instead of hidden when there's no alt browser defined in the preferences.

Also added this to the toolbar and system tray's MRU entry submenus.
Will be in release 3.61.
