#829 Switch to always bring up virtual keyboard

I prefer to always use the virtual keyboard for entering the master password. It would be nice if I could have it come up automatically whenever I open a database. I also use VNC a lot and in those cases I consider it mandatory (for me) to use the virtual keyboard on remote machines so that the password doesn't travel across the link in clear text. (I know that screen data also moves unencrypted, but I can live with that.)

A command-line-only option would be fine (for me) as I always launch PWS through a shortcut.
