#770 Nato-spell passwords on mouse-over

When I generate passwords, sometimes I have to type them on different devices such as smart-phone/tablet. Then it is sometimes difficult to know what character it is - "l" or "1" or "I"?
A mouse-over that would spell the password chacters - i.e. "Lima" "One" "India" for the above would be helpful
