#766 Convenient Ways to Call 'Check Version' tool

I can think of two different and useful ways to help users keep their pwsafe.exe updated.

First, on the passphrase prompt that appears after running pwsafe.exe, while no database is actually open (unlocked), it would be nice if below the version # (V3.34.01) a link to the 'Click here to verifiy version' tool found in Help/About (database unlocked). Practically, I cannot check if PasswordSafe is up to date without a) a pointless passphrase entry, b) a webpage look up or c) wait for emails announcing updates. Checking software versions should be easier than all these options, hence a way to check for version from within the passphrase prompt.

Secondly, as I don't mind the extra traffic, I would like to see the link mentioned above change by itself, if PasswordSafe had had the time to look it up itself automatically after the passphrase prompt window is successfully shown (and is waiting for input). This behaviour could be conveniently selected in some program setting, as a tick option.
