#759 startup check for already running instance
Please have an option so that when password safe is started, it checks if it isn't already running because when it starts it puts itself away in the taskbar (beside the clock) in Windows and it's not always obvious or easy to start it up from there so you end up with multiple copies of the software running in read only mode and have to close them all down continuously.
This is easy to do because most people will have a shortcut on the task bar.
It is already there - See Manage->Options : System tab; Allow multiple instances is set on by default.
