#738 Drag and Drop import from email attachments.

I've developed a user admin suite for a customer and the users received encrypted emails with the credentials. I was looking as also having an attachment of a password safe XML file that the user can import. Would there be a simple way to implement drag and drop import, where the user takes the file from either local or from the email onto the main UI window and the UI starts the import wizard.
