#675 Improve speed of folder move

While I was rearranging my database tree, I found the application frozen for a very uncomfortable time after moving a folder. The duration was measured at >1 min, as a Zen mind made me start timing rather than /killing/ the "process".

The folder contained 50+ items, it's probably related as an empty folder moves practically instantly. The whole database is approx 40 groups and 500 entries.

And if you were so kind, please also implement an "item count" figure visible when a folder is selected, or after a right-click.
