#227 Import should overwrite entries with identical names/usernam

I regularly import entries from another system where
the entry name and username are the same but the
password and the comment will have changed. In this
instance the old entry should be overwritten but
instead it creates a duplicate entry.

No, no, no. This should not be the default behavior, although
it would be a nice option. I would prefer to see each entry in
the database timestamped and have four options: Overwrite,
Leave Alone, Duplicate, and Use Most Recent. You could
specify this on an entry-by-entry basis or override the setting
for an entire import session. Default action should preserve
data (assuming the two entries are non-identical by
timestamp and/or content) via duplication.
