I moved my database file when switching computer from x32 Windows XP to x64
Windows 7 and it doesn't let me save normally anymore (both the disk icon and
the Save option in the menu are greyed out).

If I try to "Save as" it doesn't let me overwrite my old file, I get a File
Lock Error that goes "File is currently locked by myusername@mycomputer"

    Anyone can help me?

PasswordSafe uses a locking file to prevent multiple users opening the same
database in read/write mode. It is placed in the same directory as the
database is is called <databasename>.plk. e.g. open database

    C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Safes\abcde.psafe3

    will create a lock file:

    C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Safes\abcde.plk

When PasswordSafe ends or closes this database, the lock file is deleted.

As long as you are not running PasswordSafe, it is OK to delete the lock file.

It might also be a permissioning issue when moving from XP to 7. I suggest
that you move your database to the above directory or another in your
Documents, if it is somewhere else. Note: It is always a good idea to ensure
you have multiple backups if the database contains information you would
    rather not lose!
