I have varying levels of password security. Clearly passwords for things such as banking (which I currently dont store) are more important than forum posting passwords, and less frequently used.
Would it be possible to add tiers of master passwords, so that I can access my forum posting passwords on a remote machine, which I'd rather not entrust my master password and pwfile to, by using a less secure master password on the same pwsafe file

Your suggestion is reasonable, but implementing it would break compatibility with the current database format big-time.
I think that you can achieve pretty much the same functionality with multiple pwsafe databases, e.g., one for forum postings, one for banking, etc.
