Extract/Report password last changed times?

Is there a way to extract or report upon the Password Last Changed or Creation
times for all passwords in a database? I want to sort the password ages of the
400 or so passwords in my database so I can start updating them in increments,
starting with the oldest, but obviously I don't want to click through 400
entries to look at their times.

the appropriate fields to be selected, but experimentation shows that txt and
xml exports output all the plaintext passwords (!) even if not told to export
those fields via the advanced selection.

I really just want to output "Group, Title, Username, Created on, Password
    last changed on".

Any thoughts you may have appreciated. Thanks!
