#999 Collapsed Groups open after moving an entry

Steps to reproduce:

1 Have many groups, each with entries
2 Collapse all groups
3 Find an entry you wisht to move from one group to another
4 Open the destination group
5 Drag entry from current location to new location

At conclusion of drop some seemingly random group opens

This happens with very high frequencey. I can detect no pattern to when it will occur or which group it will open.

Version 3.27. Note, I think this behaviour has been present going back at least 6 months.

Bug is all yours - thanks! Note that the submitter commented that this is on v3.27. I suggest you first verify that the problem still exists on 3.29.

I submitted the bug, it's still happening on 3.29

Running on a brand new Win7 machine. Happens on two other machines as well, one XP the other on Win7.

Still happening in 3.41
I've done some testing to see if the location of the item in the list of the source v destination had any impact but it appears not. I moved items from the middle of a list, beginning, and the end of the list and sometimes the other group would open but not always.
This issue does affect an entry whether moved by dragging or by changing the Group within the Edit screen.
