#943 Password policy buggy

PasswordSafe Linux v0.3 3839 beta on Linux Mint 9

1. Set password policy to be 8 characters, set pronounceable on or off, all other settings off. Create new entry & generate password - instant crash.

2. Set policy to be 8 chars, hexadecimal only. Create new entry & generate password - length is correct, but is not hex.

3. Any change to password policy does not enable Save command or button, but trying to close database will prompt for a save.

4. Individual database entry's password policy tab settings are ignored (i.e. can't override database default)

I fixed 1, 2 & 4. 3 was already fixed with some other change.
