#729 Validate doesn't report what it fixed (3.16)

In the multiple runs of validate to fix a database,
it didn't tell me what it corrected. I think it should.
Here's what I got:

Number of Password Histories fixed: 0
Number of Alias warnings issued: 0
Number of Shortcut warnings issued: 0

Number of UUIDs fixed: 2
Number of Password Histories fixed: 0
Number of Alias warnings issued: 0
Number of Shortcut warnings issued: 0

Number of entries processed: 117
Number of UUIDs fixed: 1
Number of Password Histories fixed: 0
Number of Alias warnings issued: 0
Number of Shortcut warnings issued: 0

Number of entries processed: 381
Number of UUIDs fixed: 1
Number of Password Histories fixed: 0
Number of Alias warnings issued: 0
Number of Shortcut warnings issued: 0

Number of entries processed: 381
Number of UUIDs fixed: 1
Number of Password Histories fixed: 0

    View -> Reports -> Validate is greyed out.
