#714 Incorrect configuration message

On one of my PCs I can run either 3.15 or 3.15.1 BUT on the PC I use at work (Win XP Pro, I think it's still SP2) I repeatedly received the error message "incorrect application configuration" on starting 3.15 AND 3.15.1 when I tried to run it from c:\password.
On a whim I tried to install in the default directory, (c:\program files\password if I recall correctly) and the 3.15.1 installation worked.
That makes me think at least some of the problems with 3.15 may be dependent on installation directory.
That also makes me wonder if I will still be able to run Password Safe from my USB flash drive as I could in the past.
