I routinely open a password database in PasswordSafe and then close it after getting the information I need.
Before I upgraded to 3.13, this caused no problems.
Now if I minimize it, I am prompted to create a new database.
Steps to recreate and steps to workaround follow:
have passwordsafe launch automatically when windows starts up but with no database open
bring up passwordsafe
open a database
close the database
minimize password safe
you are prompted to create a new database
cancel
open the database again
minimize password safe
bring up password safe
close the database
minimize password safe
you are not prompted to create a new database
