#632 v3.11.01 DB file is modifed on EXIT. Breaks Briefcase

v3.11.01 If you open a database, select an entry, copy the password to clipboard, paste the password wherever, then come back and EXIT PWSafe, it will "backup" the current file (rename .psafe3 to .ibak) and store a new database file (.psafe3).

No information in the database was changed. A "compare" against a saved copy says they are identical. There is no reason to update the database file.

This behavior seems to be related to transition of the database from 3.10 to 3.11. There must be a schema change or something internal. Once an entry has been "used" it no longer triggers the backup of the databae.

If there is a schema change, recopy the entire DB at one shot. Otherwise, look for corruption of the DB
