#1600 Password Safe Window Partially Hidden After Opening Database

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Start Password Safe.
2. Open a password database.
3. Put the window on the secondary display such that the window is fully visible.
4. File | Exit.
5. Start Password Safe.
6. Open a password database.

Expected Result:
The window should appear in the same location as step 3.

Actual Result:
The window is partially cut off on the right side.

Displays:

• Dell P2418D (primary display)
• Asus VS229 (secondary display)

The Dell P2418D is located in the center of the desk. The Asus VS229 is located to the right of Dell P2418D.

Dell P2418D:

• Resolution: 2560x1440
• Orientation: Landscape
• Scaling: 125% Recommended

Asus VS229:

• Resolution: 1080x1920
• Orientation: Portrait (flipped)
• Scaling: 100% Recommended

Environment:

• Microsoft Windows Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4412)
• Password Safe version 3.66
