Import from text provides a summary report. If you select Save to Disk, the saved file "Import_Text_Report.txt" contains rubbish.
More precisely, if the saved file does not already exist, it is created containing x'EFBBBF'. If it does already exist, more binary data is appended.
Looks like an encoding problem.
Does this also happen with the current release?
I couldn't duplicate this on the current (1.17) release. However, there was another problem there: the import report name was incorrectly set to "Export ..."
Fixed in commit d77f408dc
