#1546 PasswordSafe wont close the database or exit the program. Ubuntu 20.04

I have the latest passwordsafe-ubuntu20-1.13-amd64.deb. From time to time, with no apparent reason, when File > Close is selected, the program window greys out but does not close the database. Items in the menu bar remain selectable, as are entries in the password list window. File > Exit does not close the program. The program will time out and ask for the password while in the greyed out state, and will accept the Password and reopen the database, it will then remain greyed out, refusing to close or exit. Entries can be selected in this greyed out state.

I have no idea why it is doing this, I have no error report I can share.

Further.
I have just discovered that if I choose Exit when the timeout occurs rather than put in the password, the program does actually Exit.

I'm wondering if I choose File > lock then Re-open the program, choosing Exit from the Password entry modal box whether that will 'solve' this issue for me.

I will wait for it to do it to me again and find out...

Would be interesting to know if it also occurs with the latest version (1.15).
This includes some changes regarding window/frame/dialog handling.

The issue went in the same way it arrived, mysteriously and unexpectedly,
in fact It's only now that you have sent this that I have been reminded and
have looked again at the issue. I am still using V1.13, but the behaviour
seems to have stopped. File -> Close does what it should, as does File ->
Exit.

I haven't updated to ver1.15 yet, but I may do so shortly.

My best guess (and it is only a guess) is that something in Ubuntu changed,
and has changed again, causing and then resolving the problem.
