#1537 consistency issues when image is changed in v4

Hello,

I've found this in v4 version. once I've updated two imaged in two entries, the next time I opened the passwords file this message appears: "Some consistency issues were found while opening the database". Then, I reviewed the report and it is because it does not found the replaced images (the new ones have a different name). I tried to save as a new database but the message appears again.

I really don't know if I am doing something wrong.
