I have been using a startup shortcut for years. It stoped working some time ago and never took time to fix. I am running Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit. and the password safe 3.44 64 bit.

Done some testing and it seems like the Command Line options are just not being passed.

I start a command shell and pass the following type of command and it just opens app and does not even open a database file of any kind.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Password Safe\pwsafe.exe" -s "C:\directory location\PW Database File.psafe3"

However if I just use the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Password Safe\pwsafe.exe" then it opens my last db file and prompts for a password. but will not minimize because I did not pass the switch.

I had this problem before and had to adjust the startup location for the shortcut to be the same as where the db file lives but that seems to make little difference.

Any assistance would be appriciated.

I did see a few posts in the formus of folks having the same type of issue.

Anyhow PassWord Safe has always been an excellent product!!! Thanks a ton for what you have created and maintained!!!!
