#1405 Can't enter a digit in the "Enter Safe Combination" window from the numeric keypad
Environment: W7 64 bit, IE11, Norton Security, Perfect Guard, Ad Muncher and Ad Block Plus. Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard USB – Model 4000 V10, Microsoft Intelli Type Pro V8.20.409.0
Steps to create the problem:
- Start PWS and enter the password
- Select an entry that points to an https: link in the URL for IE11 and then Browse
- Minimize PWS back to the tray
- Recall PWS from the tray and you cannot enter my numeric only password from the keypad. The standard numeric keys on the keyboard work fine.
- Close PWS – Not minimize. Restart PWS and the keypad now works again.
