#1349 Windows 10 under Parallels: File or Path not Found

I installed latest version 3.39.1 of Password Safe under a fresh Windows 10 installation. Windows runs under Parallels Desktop 11.2.1 on OSX 10.11.6. Then I tried to open a PWS File (.psafe3) that I used with a previous version of PWS 3.38.2. The file is stored on a network drive which is some kind of virtual, presented by Boxcryptor 2.3.405 running on the mac. There is a file dialog, I can select the file, but when PWS opens it, it tells me "File or path not found".

I switched back to Version 3.38.2, where there is no problem to access the same file from the same drive.

Has anything changed with the way Password Safe access files on 3.39.1?
