#1212 Column Picker messes up columns if something is dragged to left of Icon column

Using Password Safe v3.34.1 on Windows 7 Pro or Windows XP ...

1. View -> Flattened List
2. Right-click column headings -> Reset Columns (Not actually necessary to reproduce the problem, but gives us a known starting configuration.)
3. Right-click column headings -> Column Picker
4. From column picker, drag "Icon" to main window column headers, left of Title
5. From column picker, drag "Group" to LEFT of Icon column.

Columns now appear (from left to right) as "Group" with an icon, "Icon" with a long hexadecimal string. (It doesn't have to be "Group"; it occurs when dragging any colum to the left of Icon.)
