Hi,
I have been using PWsafe sucessfully for years. My wife and access a shared dropbox folder with the safe in it. She has Iphone and it works fine. I have Android phone and it has become intermittent in last few months.
Problems
1) Won't open, comes up with a very long script error - I have to force PWsafe to reopen the location for it to work. Then it can be ok for several opens.
2) Can not edit or write new passwords. The "Writable" word and sliding selector is greyed out.
3) I'm pretty sure when I can edit the result is not syncing to the shared dropbox.

I use the pwsafe sync app and have ensured both this and the main app are updated.

Ideally I want to dump dropbox and move to Onedrive but haven't been able to get it to work from a shared folder for both devices. It works fine on the device that has the microsoft account that "owns" the folder but on the other device with permissions to access the share it fails to be able to find the share. I know if we both simply used the same onedrive account it probably would work fine but we don't want to do that.

Any suggestions, we don't want to have to migrate away from pwsafe but it has become unusable.

thanks Richard

OK I think I have found a fix!!!
It seems when I changed phones I somehow selected the file in a different way in PWsafe. From options in top right of screen rather than top left (the 3 bars). I don't really understand it but perhaps somehow I ended up bypassing the PWsafe sync ??

All very weird but I just tried a dummy new entry and the dropbox shows an update to the file. Previously its history only showed my wife's phone as accessing/modifying the file.

That's good to hear. There are multiple methods to open things in Android, and not all of them have the same features, unfortunately, due to how the apps providing access are implemented. If using PasswdSafe Sync, selecting your account from the top-left menu of the main screen should be the most reliable as that'll use your sync'd file.
