Good day, i have used PWsafe on PC and mobile device with master file in dropbox. Received new phone ( Note 8) and downloaded PW app and sync app. Now requires a password and not a safe combination on mobile application. Tried my dropbox password with no luck. Any way i can set the mobile app back to using the safe combination as i dont have a password or how do i set up password fr mobile application

I'm not sure I understand the difference between password vs. safe combination. The screen to open the file should be asking for one password, the same safe combination as on the PC. Can you send a screenshot with the differences?
