#108 Adding a Letter Index for easier list navigation

Hello,

Thank you for a great password manager.

Many people have a long list of passwords. Mine exceeds 250.
On the desktop version pressing a letter or combination of letters takes you to the start of the entries with that letter.

On the Android version it is not so simple. Using search is not as fast.
A helpfull feature may be adding a Letter List on the right side similar to Contacts apps (attached image highlighted in a red rectangle). This will make navigating the list easier.

Added fast scrolling support rather than the letter list. If the list is long enough, fast scrolling will allow quick navigation between items.
