I did some changes to the Spanish translation. I'm not sure it's complete and I didn't do a test "in context", but I'll try to keep an eye in the project and fix it.

This should be labeled as "Spanish (Spain)" to diferentiate with other Spanish (i.e. South American, African and Phillipines).

I did UTF-8 only, but shouldn't be hard to set the other pages.

Terribly sorry for taking so long to apply this. Applied now, all is OK. I also updated the PasDoc_Languages_Spanish_1252.inc (please check is this Ok).

I also changed http://pasdoc.sipsolutions.net/OutputLanguage to clarify this is "Spanish (Spain)" following your suggestion.
