PasDoc 0.12.1 release

PasDoc is a documentation tool for ObjectPascal code. Documentation is generated from comments found in your source code. Major documentation output formats are HTML and LaTeX. More information about PasDoc is available in our wiki: [http://pasdoc.sourceforge.net/].

Version 0.12.1 changes:
* Parsing new Delphi features: Delphi operator overloads (D2006+), Delphi anonymous methods (D2009+), Delphi class and record helpers
* Fix handling source files that start with UTF-8 BOM
