It depends on what @tag you make. Typical formatting tags are registered
in PasDoc_Gen and formatted in derived classes. Tags that need a special
TBaseItem/TPasItem property are registered in PasDoc_Items and formatted
in particular generators (PasDoc_GenHtml, PasDoc_GenLatex).
@version an @since tag seem like the 2nd case, so yes. Grep for e.g.
"lastmod" to see how it's handled.
