I think no, source/component/images/ is intended for images (*.gif and 
*.gif.inc), and source/component/images/Makefile to synchronize them.

pasdoc.css and pasdoc.css.inc are inside source/component/, and 
source/component/Makefile is used to synchronize them.

(And there are also source/component/tipue/ files, that are synchronized 
by source/component/tipue/Makefile).
