Two patches in attachment:

1. Fix-the-warning-APPTYPE-is-not-supported-by-the-targ.patch: just
cosmetic fix
2. includeCode-tag-by-silvioprog.patch: implements the @includeCode feature

I have a Github account, can I share this patches as "pull request" or just
attached in some issue? :-)
