[Pasdoc-main] Adding new tags

  I need to add some tag to PasDoc (especially @version and @since), 
nad, if i understood it correctly, i must afdd writing methods in 
pasdoc_gen.pas (and derived), and reading methods in pasdoc_items. Is 
that right?
